ORLANDO and LOUISVILLE – August 6, 2024 – Bridge Senior Living today announced the appointment of Mike LaFountain as executive director for its Kentucky community The Enclave of East Louisville.
LaFountain is returning to Bridge Senior Living, where he previously was director of sales and business development for The Enclave of East Louisville from Aug. 2022 to Sept. 2023. He started his executive director role in March following work as general manager at another Louisville senior care community.
For his new leadership role, LaFountain is informed by 28 years as a senior lead pastor in California, Illinois and Indiana, as well as four years (2018 to 2022) as a counselor and business development liaison for Amedisys Hospice.
“Mike LaFountain is uniquely qualified to lead our Bridge Senior Living team at The Enclave of East Louisville through his business acumen informed by faith,” said Robert Goyette, COO of Bridge Senior Living. “His resident-focused approach to care is a core strength from which all of our team members may take inspiration.” LaFountain earned a bachelor’s degree in pastoral theology from Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, Ind. He resides in Louisville.
